Office Hours and Location Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can be scheduled through our front office staff at (402) 421-3240. We request that you call to make appointments for all office visits, lab visits and x-rays. Often, same day appointments are available. The laboratory opens at 7:30 a.m. Fasting patients are given priority. Your time is important, and we make every effort to keep on-time with the schedule. Occasionally, emergencies or unexpected circumstances arise that can affect this. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete or confirm information and have your nurse review done prior to the physician appointment. A physician is available on call for emergency care 24-hours a day, including weekends and holidays. This service is reserved for matters which cannot wait until the next business day, are not of an emergent nature and is not to be used for medication refills. To reach the physician on call, call the office number (421-3240) and the answering service will assist you with getting in touch with them.
If you have a question for your doctor or the nurse, your call will be directed to the nurse's desk. If the nurse is away from the desk or helping another patient, your call will go to the nurse's voice mail. Please listen to the message and leave:
